FREE OFFICE DELIVERY INNER SUBURBS Mon-Thurs to Office addresses in the Inner Suburbs of SYDNEY NSW, and ALL SUBURBS, HOME OR OFFICE BY COURIER. Prompt Direct Courier Delivery of gourmet cakes, usually within 2 hours, to home & office addresses in all Suburbs of SYDNEY NSW, Monday to Friday.

FREE DELIVERY DETAILS Free delivery days, by suburb, are listed in our Delivery Options Menu above. The free delivery arrives in our regular contractor's refrigerated/insulated van, whenever it fits into the drivers schedule. Regular customers will usually get delivery around the same time, however the drivers delivery route is determined by the orders on hand at the time he leaves. So we are unable to give more than an approximate time of delivery. We will endeavour to get all free deliveries completed by 4.30pm, but we will not entertain complaints about delivery times for this free service. If you need a cake for a specific time, then you should have your cake sent by our Direct Courier Delivery service, or have it delivered the day before. (Our cakes have a shelf life of 3-5 days when refrigerated). Free delivery is only available to office addresses in the specified suburbs with full time receptionist in normal business hours, not to home based businesses. (If the delivery address does not meet this criteria then the contractor automatically charges a delivery fee higher than the direct courier delivery). DIRECT COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE DETAILS. Our Courier firm will collect your cake from our kitchen, and deliver it direct to a home or office in Sydney. Delivery is usually arranged for a time within 3 hours after the hour specified in the order form. Cakevan have negotiated a preferential fixed rate per suburb agreement with the courier firm, for your convenience. Refer our delivery charge per suburb list, under Delivery Options Menu above. ORDERING- PH: 02-9557 0957 Standard Policy is to order by 9.30am for next day delivery. However often you can order BY 2.00pm on our answer machine for next day delivery in Sydney, because we mostly have spare cakes. Depending on the distance and availability of the product, this can often be completed within 3 hours from ordering. HOME DELIVERIES. Home deliveries are available only by Direct Courier Delivery. (Refer Delivery Options Menu above for rates), and only for orders pre-paid by credit card. Prior arrangements should also be made for someone to accept the delivery, with a broad time frame. (Delivery is usually within 3 hours after a specified hour, the couriers will not wait. If nobody answers the door, they will leave it at the door and we can not accept returns). Other Countries Cake Deliveries in USA, Wire-A-Cake Bulk orders for large functions need prior notice.
